PRICES AND PAYMENT
We offer a monthly account to regular customers for convenience. Invoices are issued at the end of each month and we ask that payment is forwarded by return. Non payment of invoices will result in our services being withdrawn. We reserve the right to change our prices should the need arise.
KEY HOLDING, EQUIPMENT AND ACCESS
We provide eco aware cleaning materials, cloths and solutions. We will use your own vacuum cleaner.
Keys for customers properties are managed in a highly secure manner. We will ask you to sign a 'Key authority' granting us formal permission to enter your home in your absence.
SAFE ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to preserving the environment and will not use any spray polish or other chemicals harmful to the environment. We appreciate that there may be certain circumstances where these do not suffice however, please note that we reserve the right to decline instructions to go against our policies. We believe our chosen products to be highly effective and have tested them time and again.
COMPLAINTS
We reserve the right to leave a property without notice if we are treated poorly in any way. We do not tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour.
We are a very small business and pride ourselves on superior levels of customer service. In line with official guidelines, if you are in any way unhappy we suggest contacting us by telephone to see if we can resolve issues promptly and in a pleasant way. If you are still not satisfied please address your concerns in writing to ~ Mrs T J West by post to - Country House Services, 20 Chaffinch Chase, Gillingham, Dorset, SP8 4GT or by e-mail to countryhouseservices@yahoo.co.uk We aim to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution within 5 working days. Responses will be offered in writing to ensure adequate and thorough record keeping.
CANCELLATION
We require at least 2 weeks notice of cancellation. We will also allow a notice period of 2 weeks should we wish to withdraw our services.
INSURANCE AND HEALTH AND SAFETY
We are a sole trader business and hold public liability insurance with AXA.

We do not share our customers information with any third parties. Information held is purely for our records and is managed securely. We do, on occassion, e-mail special offers. if you do not wish to receive these offers simply reply with 'STOP' and we will remove you from our mailing list.
We do not take responsibility for the content of any websites featured on our links pages are these are purely the personal favourites of the fairy folk. To the best of our knowledge the sites we feature are reputable and professional with no unsuitable content.
We endeavour to keep this site as up date as possible. We do reserve the right to remove or replace prices or services as we see fit and without notice.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel a job, without notice if we deem it against our best interests to attend.
